This notice explains how Nixsa Studio OÜ processes the personal data of people who visit this website and contact us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
The data controller is Nixsa Studio OÜ, Katusepapi tn 4/1, 11412 Tallinn, Estonia. You can contact us at any time at info@nixsastudio.com.
Data we collect
The data you provide when you request a quote or contact us (name, company, email address, phone number, the details and deadlines of your project, the links and documents you attach), and the technical data needed to operate the website, such as the IP address and browser type. Please do not attach documents containing personal data of third parties unless necessary. We do not use profiling or advertising cookies.
Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to reply to your requests and, where applicable, to prepare a proposal (pre-contractual measures, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to keep the website secure (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Data and attached documents are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and prepare the quote and, if a contract follows, for the periods required by law. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Recipients
Data may be processed on our behalf by service providers (for example hosting and email) acting as data processors. It is never disseminated. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts: your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address.
Local storage
This website only uses technical local storage in your browser: to remember your language preference and whether you dismissed the language suggestion, to keep a draft of the quote form until you send it and, in the app, to keep on your device the list of requests you sent and those waiting for a connection. This data stays on your device and no consent is required for it.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing (arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to info@nixsastudio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
